A reminder, when you have an issue with something pertaining to our property or yours or any of our contractors, please do call the President or any member on the board.

This has been a great success and it’s really looking great. This is a small community, but it’s ours and we share it with each other. We realized how much of a difference some things have made in the look and feel of our homes.
The Board would like to thank all of you who were given a task to Comply with a request regarding your unit. There was painting and plastering, pulling weeds, fixing doors, and moving unwanted items to the dump bin.

- Your dryers tend to gather lint that sticks to the hose in the back of your dryer or it may plug up the outside vent. You would be surprised at what you’ll gather. It’s an easy fix, and if you call someone to do it, they can charge too much. If you need it cleaned, we can give you a name of someone here in our complex that has the tool, and would charge you a lot less.
